WHAT I DO I work exclusively in the area of skills development for organisations and personal development
for individuals. Working through my own Company and in association with other training and development consultants I provide
facilitation, roleplay and coaching services for both Private and Public Sector clients.
An organisation seeking
to maximise the effectiveness of its managers and staff will find that many challenges centre on people and how they relate
to each other. The interpersonal and communication skills needed to meet these challenges are often referred to as ‘soft
skills’. However, acquiring, developing and nurturing these skills is not a ‘soft option’. These ‘soft
skills’ include: • Personal Impact. • Influencing and persuasion. • Confidence. •
Effectiveness at work.
I provide the experience, skill and integrity which enables me to work in partnership with my clients and Associate training
consultants to discuss their needs and jointly agree the right approach to enhancing the experiential element of any
training programme.
I can deliver bespoke solutions to enhance existing programmes, and I create programmes which can connect with individuals
to give lasting impact beyond the training room.
